▾ What is the difference between a skirt, a skort and shorts?

A skirt is a single layer with nothing underneath. Shorts are shorts. A skort is both: shorts with a skirt panel sewn over the front, so it reads like a mini and moves like shorts. All three sit at similar lengths here, so the choice is about how you want it to look and how much you will be moving. Sizes vary by label, so check the options on each product page.
