Tees
A tee is the thing you reach for when you have not decided anything yet. Ours run graphic and plain, in cuts that sit close enough to tuck and loose enough to knot. Wear one on its own, put it under an open shirt, or let a graphic do the talking.
▾ Graphic or plain: which tee earns its place?
A plain tee is infrastructure. It goes under everything, it works with every bottom in the store, and you will replace it before you get bored of it. A graphic tee is the opposite — it is the whole outfit, and everything else in the look should get quieter to let it work. If you are buying one, buy the plain one. If you are buying a second, make it a graphic and let it be loud.
▾ What do you wear a tee with?
Baggy jeans and sneakers is the version you will actually wear. Knot the hem over a skort and it reads deliberate rather than thrown on. Layer one under a knit when the evening turns, or over a tank for a second colour at the neckline. A tee is the least fussy thing here and it rewards being treated that way.
